We aim to keep our design compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility directives. Our visual choice of a high-contrast "Northern Knockout Chronicle" ensures that color systems do not obstruct text readability.
Our palette relies heavily on stark contrasts using deep bone `#F8F6F1`, intense maple red `#B52D3A`, and dark charcoal `#1B252E` colors. Text ratios are configured to meet and exceed 4.5:1 standards to prevent reading strain on any mobile screen width.
Every dynamic button, menu-toggle element, cookie setting controls, and digital inputs are perfectly targetable using standard Tab navigation. We implement visible, dashed borders to guarantee focus visibility.
All graphical representations, including our hand-styled national flag SVGs, contain alternative descriptions (`alt` labels) and explicit semantic structural roles to support continuous reading software.
